The ITC Report on the African Growth and Opportunity Act

The administration has not been entirely clear about defining what's important and what matters for national security. I don't think that we're in a situation where, you know, our auto industry is going to be composed of 100% American chipsgoing forward. That's not realistic. Do we care? People that care about sort of economic competitiveness will say, yeah, that matters. But if you're focused only on national security, it probably should draw the line above that someplace.
