The Paleo Diet
The paleo diet, from my perspective, there are some advantages or some upsides. We don't want to be arbitrarily excluding food groups unless we must. There's a lot of really nutritious foods that can be incorporated here. And you're not necessarily locked into a set macronutrient distribution.
