How Local Conflicts Have Changed Because of the Conflict in Libya?
In much of the sahel, traditional conflicts between pastoralists and farmers were exacerbated by the conflict in libya. Counter terror efforts have contributed to a much worse dynamic of communal conflicts on the malines border. Now that you have this kind of islamic state, alkida versus the west versus local states rubric, that's kind of massed on to those local conflicts.
