How Do You Get People to Agree?

i'm always kind of thinking about when it comes to information architecture, is people organize differently. People have different mental models, so oftena, which is, you know, the beautiful thing about humanity and humans. So i feel like it's respecting the fact that everyone will have a different mental model, but then also high lighting the idea that that mental model needs to be from the user's side more than from the internal sense.
