How to Laminate Your Eyebrows
With eyebrow lamination, the hair is very straight and almost standing upright towards the top of the forehead. How this works is you use a high sulfur based solution. It usually contains thioglicolic acid or ammonium thioglycolate. Sounds like a perm. But we're not curling the eyebrows per se.
