The Second Cuban Missile Crisis
The first Cuban Missile Crisis occurred when the Soviets placed nuclear missiles in Cuba, and then the Americans found out. It was resolved when President Kennedy and Premier Khrushchev reached a deal to remove the missiles. The second crisis involved actually getting the missiles out of Cuba. Could the Russians convince the Cubans to go along with the plan of what if they said no?
