Right now I just have him focusing on Grand Junction. We talked about having him handle leads from other areas, but one of the things that I'm having my BDM do is handling the process all the way up to finding a tenant. So even to the point of going and taking pictures of the property, all of that the BDM's handling. Because to me it's about the relationship with the owner.
