Gay and bisexual men no longer have to wait three months after their last sexual encounter to donate blood. A man has been charged with two counts of arson following Tuesday's deadly hostile fire in Wellington that killed six people. In New Zealand, a police recon team started recovering the first bodies from Lofus Lodge boarding house yesterday. It is hoped two more will be pulled out today.
