Local Power Is Not Abandoned

Local power stayed in charge, but they lost agency. They kept money at the expense of agency. But their vision, what they were defending is still land ownership. That means that they were never going to have a real conflict with capitalism as such. And it eventually would overthrow them and we create this centralized concentration which has bought out local power.
