But generally when you're in your 20s to 30s to 40s, if you have been doing it since a young age, your body can coping just like Christian Blomethrower does. Think about how your life can be affected by what the pros are doing so you're not a pro and don't have the hours of recovery or focus on single-mindedness that they do.
