The Pros and Cons of a Paid Newsletter

The ad model is that it's more easily accessible. It allows you to not worry about customer service and product development. But one of the cons is that you're always having to hustle for the next one. So I'm basically booked out for one at a week. And so ultimately it was a little bit of math, where I said to myself what's it going to take for a paid newsletter to quickly out scale?
