In the pull base deployment there's an operator that observes the image registry, rigt, and then up dates the environment repository. Currently, that doesn't happen current in why this flow is prescribed to prevent things like calling on latest when latest is risen. So a couple of things had to go wrong. In our case, right on incident to it's the version that was running, that one came down as well. It had to be rebooted the pod.
