The world knows where the future lies. It's a question mostly in the hands of the United States, how it handles its own decline as the process of history unfolds. Over 20 countries at last count have applied to become members of the BRICS. The British tried to squelch by military means the new empire emerging. They failed, two wars they failed, then they gave up. Our best bet is to try to work out with the BRICS nations a live and let live way of handling what has happened."
