The Origins of Informics
Genesis came out of a specific need in your consulting. The problem that I was working on, it was a really interesting problem. We had to solve an empty complete problem,. Of course we couldn't solve, but we could do really good approximations. And the first version, it used GDBM as the storage engine. It's a hashing based database, which is GPL.
