I think it's really important that we check maybe some of us are initial kind of negative gut reactions of the word privilege and actually start to think about it in a bit more of an intelligent and thought through way. There was a brilliant article from the fabulous Lisa Jocelyn at Marva last year, which won, well, the two articles actually,. One very eye-opening about how systemic racism does manifest itself in volunteer engagement. But the other one was about how so many of our kind of accepted best practices actually run panda to the stated aspirations of many of us as individuals and organisations around EDI.
