The Importance of Permaculture in a Cold Climate
A lot of the work on peri-annoventials for cold climates is based on what wild edible plants there are. We have so few really properly like we have spherigas and nardichokes and sunshokes right. So trying to get the word out on that. Let us just grow some lettuce, but if you want nutrition, grow these other things. And that nutrition will become ever more important as we continue to grow and shift our diets.
