The Importance of Education in Leadership
One of the things I think this program does really well is talks about one of the tasks is educating leaders. Just because someone's in a position of leadership does not mean they know everything, that they even know enough to make a decision. You don't want to fight hate with more hate, right? If you go in saying, Oh, this person's a bad leader. I want to run because blah, blah. Exactly. And it was a good in our world. We're ready to listen.
