i've seen this happen in multiple times where, you know, pratic leaders cannot get caught up in trying to try really hard to get their points across. And so if you don't know where the other party is, how will you actually meet them, or even meet them half way? So i've also seen proect leaders make this mistake where they cand o come in, drop their document and just assume that people know exactly what's going on - which can be a recipe for disaster....
