The Dangers of Market Timing
Anybody who predicted I think the NASDAQ is up the most it's been up in the first six months of the year since something like 1983. The people that missed this kind of rally which was over six percent in just June are the ones that are going to underperform the market. Typical classic amateur hour for somebody to have changed their allocations to go more to cash, take money out of stocks and then turn around and watch the stock market climb nearly seven percent in a month. If you miss things like that, you're going to have a portfolio that underperforms its own holdings. And we all know better than that, don't we? Ha ha ha ha haha ha
