It's unclear how china might wield its market power, but regardless of what it does, many observers believe that it's time for the us. And other countries to diversify the supply chain and ramp up production in order to meet demand. I think we're going to see this year several things coming out of the administration, including international summits. To focus attention on this, to try to get a framework for reliable access. Maybe investment guarantees may be trying to depoluticize this issue.
