Are You an Imposter?

Many leaders I'm working with demonstrate some form of imposter syndrome. It takes on a whole different dimension when you are the first or only woman leader in your organization. Steve Kerr, coach of the Golden State Warriors, was never a head coach before he won a championship. The responsibility then is when you are in a leadership role to like to do your homework and take it from a totally different space.
