I relied heavily within the first forty eight hours on, my fellow mars, they have provided unsolicited advice to help me. And since that time, i have become one of the mayors who s on the phone. My friend libby shaff the mayor of oakland, california, gave me advice that i now give to any mayor that finds himself in a similar situation. It was basically, set your priorities. Once you are able to know that those are your priorities, it becomes very simple to make a decision.
