The Risk of a Late Payment From the Treasury Department

June 15 is going to be a pivotal day as it relates to the actual x-state. The moving target aspect of the x-state means that determining the eleventh hour becomes much more difficult for lawmakers. If Yellen can make it through that week without running out of funds, that should buy the government a few more weeks before another potential late bill payment would be a real risk.
