The Spiked Precursor Experiment

Cio: We use the Unhopped world. So it maintains a little bit of precursors, but way lower amount that if we had hopped it. And with Spiked, we use like syntitized precursors,. either cystylated or the glutagenylated precursors; three different type of tiles with three different aromas and characterization. Once we get our fermented product, we extract the three tiles that have been released from the glutagen or the cystylate that had been spiked.
