The Role of Conscience in the Emerging Economy

I think sometimes things are changing faster than we expect them to. The internet's been adopted at a rate that hygiene has not been able to be rolled out. Public financing just works very differently in India and the startup ecosystem is moving fast. But does the context have everything that is needed for them to succeed? I don't know too much about this, but I think just the flows of finances are very different. And so like where do you begin to start comparing the two? For a long time you'd hear, you'd pick any city in India and this is like a dream project of mine. I'd love to do it.
