There's a couple of problems with using something like a national idea. One is, like you said, that there's just weig too much data attached to it. You don't need to share all that data. You just need to know that that person is a unique person. And then the other problem is that im the creator and the guardian of that are this a an agency that we don't get to a supervise. So it's better if we have a solution where everybody can audit each other.
