The Alternative to Story Points

A three hour sprint planning session, including or story points I'm sure you could do much more efficient things. Take instead of spending all that time estimating, we could have probably started one or two of those stories and found out where we were heading. You hear people talking about council stories and, and that kind of frustrates me too. Council stories is only part of the solution and it's a very, very, very small part of the problem.
