Agile Coaches - Is There a Framework in Place?
If i am a coach working in an organization, there probably isn't a structure in place. Particularly i'm in frame of the ego coach rather than the professional coach. How do i go about creating that scaffolding? That's the work in progress at the moment. Agile coaches are expensive, and they hold a lot for a company. So if this was a pot of money on the desk, you'd want to know how it's being looked after.
