Book Review - Are We All in Lockdown All the Time?

I think at that point in the book, I realized that Lucy has already said her childhood was a lockdown and that's much more specific to Lucy. But then she understands that we're all in lockdown all the time, we just don't know it. Do you think books can get us out of lockdown? Yeah, I hope they can for like instead of just a few moments anyway. And then as far as writing, one of the things that Lucy says in the book because she's a writer is that she says, I used to tell my students to write against the grain, go outside your comfort level.
