The Different Levels of Monitoring in the ATD Program

ICE has the option to decide at their discretion which level of monitoring you get. The highest level is an ankle bracelet or an ankle shackle. And that smart link app is either going to be loaded on your smartphone if you have a smartphone and told to use that smartphone to check in. At any point, ICE, if there's been an error, can show up and take you right back to jail.
