The Remarkable Thing About Noguchi
The remarkable thing about this Noguchi is that he was what we would call an energy healer spontaneously after some great fire that would, you know, take place in Tokyo. He had a reputation for healing people but became disillusioned and discouraged because it was always cultivating the dependency of people on the healer. So he perfected these three particular movements, which one does do that's the only piece of doing this in in the particular non practice of Japanese non doing. And once you've done those three exercises, you just do nothing and the body starts to move. The command to be breathed happened coming from earth herself.
