The NCAA Men's Championship is going on right now. And we it's funny because we time sprints for the sprint, the swimmers as well. I think if you're naturally whipping and able to rotate very well and have a good shred shorting cycle, then I think working at those heavier loads becomes appropriate. So probably from my training sides, you're going to be one of those guys who's going to live more on the strength into the spectrum when we're training.
