How to Shadow a Speaker
I reckon a shadowing, which is basically you repeat everything the speaker says simultaneously. Like you say it at the same time. It's by far the most effective way of boosting your English. I've heard some people say that they think it's less effective and that stopping and then repeating is more effective. If you warm up in advance, that's a very good idea.
