Ice Cream Sandwiches in Italy

In Italy, in Italy, we have regional variations of ice cream sandwiches. In some places you can get a carnetto which will be across some with ice cream inside. And this is like a Roman thing, like typical Roman cuisine, but also in the turbo. It's called a maritoso and so this is more like a, like a little brioche with ice Cream inside. So same idea, kind of like a pastry with icecream inside.
