There are nine and a half million jobs in the US with no qualified applicants. There are five and a half, five point six million working age Americans who have given up on getting a job. We discuss the complicated US job market and ask if there are too many workers or is it that the jobs are simply not paying workers enough. And we talk about tips - apparently people in certain circumstances are tipping as much as 25 percent.
