I would say first I just identifying like who you want your power users to be and coming up with a really clear identity for that person. Then I usually just go about like Instagram DMing like hundreds of people thousands of people if you can get them on Zooms or get them in an engaging conversation that's the best. Just making it a really personalized onboarding experience having amazing customer service and then eventually kind of getting them to refer their friends that's kind of the very manual like do things that don't scale away but I think there's also ways to like artificially create hype.
