The Argument Between Tim Heyman and a Person on a Bicycle

Tim Heyman was helping to move furniture from the U-Haul into a residence when an individual on a bicycle passed and saw him. The man verbally accosted Tim, yelled obscenities at him before throwing his bike down. A neighbor who lived right upstairs witnessed the incident but said she didn't understand it.
