The biggest cause in these patients is untreated hypertension. Patients are so used to blood pressure being that high for so long a lot of the harm of bringing somebody down really aggressively do seem to be short term. The Mulally 2019 paper is my it doesn't have a fancy name which is so sad but interact attached to combine something along those lines would be my number three and then obviously now that we have interact three that's going to have to be number four I think that's one of the largest most rigorous and kind of most interesting study to date in ICH.
