What's the Difference?

Marketing agencies run on getting clients, making clients happy for a really long time. So I knew that early on getting a client, keeping them forever is like, that's your goal,. And so I had some clients and I had a clause in all of my contracts: There's not really a contract. You can fire us if you don't like the work. No one ever fired us; we just kept doing what we were supposed to do. But when Google came up with this whole idea of pillar pages and having really valuable content it made me realize there was an issue at play.
