A Very Clean Bitterness in a Hazy Beer
"We're actually kind of like trying to soften the bitterness a touch. In this case, it's mostly CO2 extract that we're using in the kettle," he says. "I also I think that a lot of the time too, and like hazy's it's that I really respect that were they're not underbitter and overly sweet."
