"If you've just had a 12 hour transatlantic flight on a plane, if you've just flown across, you know, Russia, or you've just thrown flown across the Atlantic Ocean, then you arrive in a different time zone. You feel groggy. So you don't feel clear headed. You feel tired and not fresh," he says. "Good thing you didn't hit your head."
