In New York Applebee's is offering 15 to workers in Manhattan and $10 to workers in Harlem. And yet they're still paying $2.13 and Birmingham and $3 in Detroit. So what do you say to the counter that people with disabilities wouldn't have as many employment opportunities because of the ADA act or if I just run my little barbecue hut and you go make me pay my service $10 an hour. Like, is there any validity to that counter argument to raising sub minimum wage?
