How to Deal With Grief
The more you focus on how you feel and try to justify how you feel, the longer the grief will take in that situation. You want to seek new routines, memories of the one you have lost will be with you throughout your life. Your experience is immeasurable because how you grieving it through it is how you're going to teach them how to do it in their life. Use that process as a way to help other people. There are happy moments in life. Don't just let it sit there while you emote over what the person that you've lost died. Do something constructive with all that energy.
