They wanted super high quality internet, but didn't want any of the video programming that was often bundled with internet axis and they didn't want to a phone either. She says company lost lots of opportunity to get out ahead of what now became a pervasive trend. But if you had sort of tugged on the thread, just even being curious about it, you would have quickly arrived at business models worth hundreds of billions of dollars she writes.
