Is There a Pandemic of Inequality in Politics?

There was maybe a hope 18 months ago, that the shock of the pandemic might lead to fundamental changes for the better in the way the global economy works. Have those hopes completely faded? I don't know about that, because, you know, come back to that thing, i don't quite know where we are. And it's possible, at the end of this you'll have a moment that's not unlike the moment at theend of the second world war when people didn't want to go back to the way society had functioned before.
