How to Overcome Constraints

Don't over exaggerate what you can do, and focus on ways to delight others. Find those points of connection to surprise people in memorable engaging ways that give them a pleasant feeling. For me, we like people. If they are going to become detrimental factors that are bringing projects down or destroying the company, if they're not going up with two people and say, this is what I can do, but I can't do this. That's an important skill set to have.
