Putin's Play for Leverage
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Piskov says journalist was caught red-handed. Francis Dernley: Putin has broken one of the last rules really in a blatant play for leverage. He's using a human being as a bargaining chip, with numerous athletes and other foreign nationals who've been taken in Russia and then used in negotiations with the West. And we should see the nuclear saber rattling as well in the same way.
