How to Acquire Customers at Brex

When I joined Brex, we hadn't yet launched the product yet. It was in beta. We didn't have much of a website. But we were doing outbound. And we acquired most of their YC batch and dozens of companies from prior YC batches also. They knew who Pedro Enrique were if they were in the batch together he knew them well. He had something like 75% reply rate to those outbound campaigns and then email follow up with about a 75% conversion rate to those demos becoming customers.
