You Don't Own Your Reputation, Right?
People commonly think that, you know, it's commonly said your reputation is your most important asset. So describe it as collateral for doing deals. But rothward makes the excellent point that you don't own your reputation. People form them freely because people are self owned. How does libel, how is libel then viewed in through a librate land? The question is justa what scarce are we actually using here? And let's say you walk one of common examples, like you walk in a crowded theatre and you yell fire,. Now did you steal that enjoyment ofof the cinema from them, and was it therefore wrong to do so? Again, is perfectly described with property rights.
