There are some special saturated fats. Palmitic acid, it's always nasty. Louric acid can increase the good fat HDL which is like the friendly one. And then there's meristic acid which is another unusual fat that is kind of inert when it comes to that. So we tend to make it a little bit easier to understand. In nutrition there is always an exception to every rule.
